At the ribbon-cutting ceremony, JAMSAP TV symbolized this partnership by installing tv units at the Municipality of Bingawan. This event was attended by Bingawan's Mayor, Honorable Mark Palabrica, and his wife, Mrs. Jean Palabrica.
