4 teams vie for the Finals slot in the NBC Inter-High Cavite leg today

After a long week break, action in the National Basketball Championship (NBC) Inter-High Cavite leg resumes today with the four remaining teams clash in the crossover knockout semifinal games at the Bacoor Coliseum in Cavite.


Philippine Christian University battles the Western Colleges side at 12:30 p.m., while Gateway Integrated School faces off with Fiat Lux Academe in the main game of the twin bill match at 2:30 p.m. in the tourney organized by Jamsap Entertainment Corporation headed by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jojo Flores.


PCU advanced to the next phase of the tourney for boys 19-under from private schools beating Victorious Christian Academy, 86-57, before the holiday break, while Western College demolished Claremont School of Gen. Trias, 94-39.


Likewise, Gateway annihilated St. Thomas Becket, 93-32, and Fiat Academe pipped GM Academy, 84-67.


The winners will clash in the do-or-die final game for the leg title and the chance of representing Cavite in the South Luzon qualifying.


Games will be telecast on a delayed basis on JamSapTV, the newest mobile app that you can download on your Android mobile phone, every Monday to Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and streamed on Jams Sports Facebook page.


Meantime, the Laguna leg for the South Luzon qualifying is slated for Nov. 8 at the Sta. Rosa Multi-Purpose Sports Complex.
